Mercoledì 3 ottobre “Fave in favola”: fiabe e cicorie al Bataforble di Bari

BARI. “Puglia e Puglie da gustare”, “All’incrocio tra cibo e cultura la tradizione sa farsi poesia”: con questo slogan TERRANIMA, che in via Putignani a Bari (n. 213/215) dispone di un noto Caffè culturale (il Bataforble: nome ricavato con le iniziali di cinque Province pugliesi) e di un Ristorante tipico (in cui è fedelmente riprodotto un angolo della Bari d’antan), ha varato un programma che vuole coniugare l’offerta gastronomica alla proposta culturale, all’insegna di una pugliesità in forme diverse e con diversi approcci.

Le Puglie, quindi, pluralità delle specificità territoriali e del gusto, cucina e arte, poesia e gastronomia, musica, narrazioni, piatti: una serie di “puglierie”: il Dna della Puglia, da riproporre all’ospite di casa e da offrire al viaggiatore interessato a incrociare.

TERRANIMA presenta un ciclo di incontri pomeridiani ogni primo mercoledì del mese, dalle 18,30 in poi, a cura di Lino Angiuli e Milica Marinkovi´c. Si comincia il 3 ottobre con “Fave in favola”, la fiaba popolare pugliese, “dicitori”: Lino Angiuli e Lino Di Turi.
